Kevin Melloncamp
After graduating from architectural school and his
apprenticeship, Kevin began buying and
renovating old buildings in Philadelphia. He
continued his design career and work with historic
architecture, building numerous projects ranging
from houses & condos to parking structures.  He
moved to Key West in 1992.

We began working as a team in 1982 first in Philadelphia, later at Long Beach
Island, NJ and finally Key West.  Our focus in Key West has been renovation of existing frame
and concrete buildings with new additions, decks, porches, pools and landscaping.  We have
also built new construction residential jobs including heavy timber post and beam construction
and light commercial jobs including tenant fit-out.

home was built in 1897 in the year following the Great Fire. The house and gardens offer
water views of Passamaquoddy Bay, Campobello Island and the Canadian Maritime Islands.
Filled with original architectural features, hardwood floors and tin ceilings, and furnished with
antiques, taxidermy and original artwork, the house evokes Eastport's golden age at the end
of the 19th century.
